Non-Smoking:
All suites are non-smoking and the resort is a non-smoking property. The resort has one designated smoking area only, which is at the old bus stop on Coast Hwy. Smoking is prohibited anywhere else on the property. Smoking is permitted on the public sidewalk surrounding the resort property and Heisler Park. Please remember, the resort is a smoke-free property and VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY.

Housekeeping:
Daily trash removal. Towels or bed linens left in the laundry basket will be replaced. Additional full service cleanings may be arranged for a nominal fee.

Privacy Sign – At any time, Management and housekeeping can enter your suite to either address safety concerns or provide service. Each day, housekeeping will come to your suite. If the privacy sign is placed on your door, the team will not bother you until after 3 pm; however, after 3 pm, the team will be entering your suite to complete daily service and SAFETY CHECKS.

No-Show Policy:
On the third day, if an owner or guest has not arrived or called the resort, the remaining part of the reservation may be cancelled to open time for other owners and guests. The resort makes a diligent effort to reach owners and guests on the second and third day of a No-Show; however, if the resort cannot and the owner or guest has not called the resort directly, the resort has to release the time. If the owner or guest forfeits their week, the resort cannot reschedule. Remember, it’s important when making a reservation to leave current contact information (i.e. cellular telephone number, email address, mailing address, alternate contact numbers, etc.) in case of situations like this and/or during emergencies. The resort team is here to help you. If you have questions about banking, rescheduling, or reserving time, please call the resort team.

Check-In/Out Time:
As much as the resort tries, the resort team may not always recognize all owners. Upon check-in, the resort team may ask owners for a photo ID and credit card. If an owner is sending a guest in their place, contact the resort in advance to ensure the resort is aware you have authorized the guest to check-in under your account. All guests will be asked to provide a photo ID and credit card. For check-in and check-out times, visit the Contact Information page.

Please remember campers, motorhomes, trailers, boat trailers and the like are not allowed on the property. Sorry, although we love animals, pets are not allowed at the resort.

Listed above are some of the resort’s Policies. For a complete list of policies, please contact the resort.
